Water Solutions Inc. provides customers with the best water filtration system in the northwest. As a family run business for over 25 years, Water Solutions takes pride in making customer service our top priority. Our team has over 90 years of combined experience in water purification!

Offering highly reliable water purification equipment, we accommodate all our customers’ commercial or residential drinking water and ice needs. With years of steady growth, and a high customer retention rate, Water Solutions Inc. will be a business partner within the northwest for generations to come.

History

Bryan Ward started Water Solutions as a sole proprietor in 2001 and then Incorporated in 2003. Bryan made his wife, Vivian Ward, the company vice president the same year. Bryan then hired his son, Russ Ward, to help with customer service needs in 2002. Bryan also brought Steve Smeltzer on board from 2002 – 2017 to expand commercial sales. And now, Kevin Lacefield is expanding both commercial and residential sales. With the company’s rapid growth, Bryan hired his other two sons, Aaron Ward and Garrett Ward, to help maintain our growing customer base and additional service and installation requirements. Bryan believes in leading by example and then getting out of the way to let people do their jobs, listen to ideas, and implement them if possible. Everyone here has a stake in the company mission.

Bryan’s son Russell has run the company since his retirement in 2022 and purchased the company in 2026 using the same principles of ownership as his father.

Russell Ward

C.E.O.

Russ has worked for Water Solutions Inc. for over 20 years. Previously as president, service manager, sales, and lead installer he has experience in all aspects of the business and is able to provide help to customers in any situation.

Aaron Ward

Service Manager

Aaron has worked for Water Solutions Inc. for over 15 years. As service manager, he handles all customer service needs in a timely and proficient manner. Aaron is our company expert on ice machine knowledge.

Garrett Ward

Install Manager

Garrett was hired in 2019. He is a welcome addition to our service and installation team, He has performed over 1000 installations and brings outstanding customer service skills to our company.

Kevin Lacefield

Commercial & Residential Sales

Kevin has vast knowledge of water purification. With his 10 years experience from the bottled water industry, he is committed to making our company grow and prosper. Kevin also brings sales and management experience from over 25 years with Schwan’s. This is extremely valuable as we expand our sales force.

Daniel Plevney

Install Manager

Daniel “Dano” Plevney joined Water Solutions in 2021. Dano comes from a versatile background of the service industry including automotive, installation and many other areas. With 5 years’ experience he is a valuable member of our team in both service and installs.

Steven Duncan

Service Technician

Steve, our newest member of Water Solutions, joined us in 2024. He provides a great attitude and quick learning approach to the service team. This has made him a knowledgeable member of our service team in short time.

Bryan & Vivian Ward

Board of Directors

As the original founders of Water Solutions, Bryan and Vivian still serve on the board of directors and provide company guidance for future growth. As family members they still discuss regularly with Russ opinions and ideas on company direction.
